About Change Makers
Have you ever considered running for a leadership position? Are you interested in one day serving on a board or commission? Do you know where to start in making these aspirations a reality?
Your El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the inaugural class of our new “Change Makers, Making Change” Candidate Program. This year long program is designed to help participants understand what it takes be a leader in our diverse community. In addition, many of the topics covered will help those individuals interested in serving on corporate or state boards and commissions position themselves for these levels of leadership.

Change Makers Details
Objective
The objective of this program is to help mentor the future leaders of tomorrow, in an unbiased and instructional manner, by providing them with an initial education into the many facets of launching into a leadership venture.
Qualifications
We are looking for business professionals from the region who are interested in serving on a corporate or state board or commission. There is no age limit associated with the program.
Schedule
The courses are offered over a twelve-month period beginning December 2022 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 pm. With a monthly class held on the 3rd Monday of every month with special guest speakers and a closing ceremonies reception taking place in December 2023.
