Job Training Conexión- with a Spark of Digital Literacy

The El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Educational Development
Foundation in partnership with the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of
Commerce, the AT&T Foundation and Workforce Solutions Borderplex will
conduct a series of virtual training sessions for local Job Seekers!

El Paso, Texas: Starting Friday, March 25, 2022, the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Educational Development Foundation, will begin an online series of training sessions under the
“Job Training Conexión- with a Spark of Digital Literacy” Program. This will be a joint effort
between the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (EPHCC), the AT&T Foundation, and
Workforce Solutions Borderplex.
“The purpose of this program is to provide local job seekers with the necessary skills to thrive in
today’s job market with a focus on online job placement, resume writing, dressing for success,
and refreshers on the “Do’s and Don’ts” of interviewing,” stated Cindy Ramos-Davidson, CEO,
EPHCC.
These training sessions are free of charge and will be provided in both English and Spanish via
Zoom. Business Development Specialists will also be available to provide help for anyone who
desires to learn more about how to utilize the Independent School District Portals.
